Turo alternative: the Dodge CSX

This page looks at the Dodge CSX for anyone searching for Turo alternative. Every car has its own page with its rates and calendar. You choose the car; a person confirms it and sends the price.

Specs, explained

The EPA does not rate this model year for fuel use; heavier trucks and vans are often not rated.

Who the CSX suits

It suits a work trip where a reliable car matters more than anything else. It suits commuters, couples and business trips.

Room inside

A car body like this keeps the weight low, so it feels settled on the highway.

In our fleet

Ask for this exact car in your request, and we tell you what we can offer. None in our fleet right now; ask and we look for one for your dates. Similar cars are listed below if you need one now. Delivery covers the Toronto area, priced by distance in your offer; pickup from us is free.

Renting: the basics

We need every driver to be at least 18, with an Ontario G2 or G licence. Age fees stop at 26: younger drivers pay a daily young driver fee. A card in the driver's own name is required at the handover.

Three options cover damage to the car: OPCF 27 on your auto policy, a credit card with rental car benefits, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Each car shows its deposit, and we take it about 1 hour before pickup. A quick licence and identity check happens before we confirm any booking.

From your dates to the handover

Pick your car, enter your dates and send the request. That is all you do at first, and it is free. You then get an offer from us with the car, the dates and the total before tax. If the offer works for you, approve and pay to confirm. If not, you owe nothing.

A car's page shows the deposit and the kilometres included each day. The monthly rate covers a booking of up to 365 days. Give us 2 hours or more before the pickup and we can usually make it work.

Ready when you are
