The Eagle Wagon: Turo alternative
Searching for Turo alternative? Here is the Eagle Wagon: what it is like and how to rent it. You choose the car; a person confirms it and sends the price. Every car has its own page with its rates and calendar.
Specs, explained
The EPA does not rate this model year for fuel use; heavier trucks and vans are often not rated.
What the Wagon is like
Being a van, it carries people and their bags without fuss.
Good uses for the Wagon
It suits anyone who needs a car for a few days, a week or a month without buying one. It suits visitors who want a familiar car for a week in town.
Our Wagon cars
A request for your dates gets you an offer from a person. None in our fleet right now; ask and we look for one for your dates. Meanwhile, 6 similar cars are listed below. Delivery to your door is available across the Toronto area.
The rules, briefly
Drivers need to be 18 or over, holding an Ontario G2 or G licence for the whole rental. Young drivers are welcome: a daily fee applies under 26. Payment is by a card in your name, shown with your licence at pickup.
Choose before pickup how damage to the car is handled: your policy with OPCF 27, your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Deposits differ by car. Each car's page shows its amount. Every driver's licence and identity are checked before we confirm.
The steps
Pick the car and the dates that suit you, then send a request. There is no payment at that point. Back comes an offer you can read at your own pace, with every charge on it. Only an approved, paid offer books the car.
Rates are set car by car and shown on each car's page. The longer the booking, the lower the rate a day tends to be. Last-minute plans are fine with at least 2 hours of notice.

Can I rent a Eagle Wagon in Toronto?
Not from our fleet right now. Send a request for this exact car and we look for one for your dates. Meanwhile 6 similar cars are available below.
How old do I need to be to rent?
18 or older at pickup, with an Ontario G2 or G licence valid for the whole rental. Drivers aged 18 to 20 pay a young driver fee of $35 a day, and 21 to 25 pay $20 a day.
How much is the deposit?
Between $500 and $5,000, depending on the car. It is taken about 1 hour before pickup, never when you book, and the balance is released within 7 business days after you return the car.
What coverage do I need?
Third-party liability is included in the rate. For damage to the car itself, have your own policy (OPCF 27), a credit card with rental car coverage, or add the CarmaCars Protection Plan, priced in your offer by car and driver age. At $2,500 or more we claim on our fleet policy and you pay the $2,500 deductible.
Can the car be delivered?
Yes, anywhere, including Toronto Pearson International Airport and Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport. Delivery starts at $75 plus the distance from our location, priced in your offer. Collecting the car yourself is free.
