Turo alternative: GMC ACM

Turo alternative with this car

This page looks at the GMC ACM for anyone searching for Turo alternative. Every car has its own page with its rates and calendar. You choose the car; a person confirms it and sends the price.

What the figures tell you

No fuel-use rating is published for this model year, so we leave those figures out.

Good uses for the ACM

It suits a work trip where a reliable car matters more than anything else. It suits commuters, couples and business trips.

Room inside

Its car body is low and settled, with a separate trunk.

Renting this car

None in our fleet right now; ask and we look for one for your dates. Similar cars are below if you need one sooner. Ask for your dates, and we reply with what we can offer. We deliver around Toronto; pickup at our location is free.

Driver basics

Ontario G2 or G licence holders aged 18 and up can request a car. Drivers under 26 can rent with a young driver fee each day. Bring the card in your name that paid for the booking.

For damage to the car itself, have your own policy (OPCF 27), a credit card with rental car coverage, or add the CarmaCars Protection Plan. We hold the deposit shortly before pickup and release it after the return. A quick licence and identity check happens before we confirm any booking.

From your dates to the handover

Pick your car, enter your dates and send the request. That is all you do at first, and it is free. We confirm and price it, and the offer arrives in your account and by email. Approve it and the car is booked; decline it and nothing happens.

Every car has its own daily, weekend, weekly and monthly rate. From 7 days, the weekly rate applies; up to 365 days, a trip never costs more than the monthly rate. With 2 hours of notice or more, a same-day pickup can work when the car is free.

Your move

The quickest way to a price is a request with your dates. It costs nothing.
