What we ask of drivers
You need an Ontario G2 or G licence, valid for the whole rental, and to be 18 or older. Young drivers are welcome: a daily fee applies under 26. You show your original licence and your card when we hand you the keys.
Liability to others is in the rate. Damage to the car is handled by your policy (OPCF 27), your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan, priced in your offer. The deposit is never taken when you book; it comes about 1 hour before pickup. Additional drivers can be added; each one meets the same rules and signs the agreement.
What to expect when you book
Every booking starts as a request: the car, the dates and where you want it. Nothing is charged to send one. Our reply is an offer that lists the rate, the kilometres included and any delivery fee. If the offer works for you, approve and pay to confirm. If not, you owe nothing.
Each car shows its own extra kilometre rate, so nothing surprises you later. A rental of 7 days or longer is priced at the weekly rate. The minimum notice is 2 hours, so an afternoon pickup can be requested in the morning.

What coverage do I need?
Third-party liability is included in the rate. For damage to the car itself, have your own policy (OPCF 27), a credit card with rental car coverage, or add the CarmaCars Protection Plan, priced in your offer by car and driver age. At $2,500 or more we claim on our fleet policy and you pay the $2,500 deductible.
Can the car be delivered?
Yes, anywhere, including Toronto Pearson International Airport and Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport. Delivery starts at $75 plus the distance from our location, priced in your offer. Collecting the car yourself is free.
