Turo alternative: GMC C6

About the GMC C6

If you need a rental car, read about the GMC C6 here, then request it. You choose the car; a person confirms it and sends the price. Every car has its own page with its rates and calendar.

Specs, explained

No fuel-use rating is published for this model year, so we leave those figures out.

How big it is

Being a car, it is easy to park and comfortable on longer drives.

Best uses

It suits a stretch between cars, by the week or the month. It suits anyone who needs a car for a few days, a week or a month without buying one.

Rent this car

A request for your dates gets you an offer from a person. Similar cars are below if you need one sooner. None in our fleet right now; ask and we look for one for your dates. Delivery and pickup are both options across the Toronto area.

Requesting a car

Start with a request. Choose the car, the pickup time and the return time, and send it without paying anything. An offer follows, with the car we confirm and the full price for your dates. You have 24 hours to approve an offer, and payment comes with your approval.

Each car shows its rate for a day, a weekend day, a week and a month. The monthly rate covers a booking of up to 365 days. The minimum notice is 2 hours, so an afternoon pickup can be requested in the morning.

The rules, briefly

We rent to drivers aged 18 and up who hold an Ontario G2 or G licence. We accept young drivers; those under 26 pay a daily fee. The name on the card has to match the name on the licence.

Choose before pickup how damage to the car is handled: your policy with OPCF 27, your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is separate from the rental price and is returned after the rental. Every renter goes through the same check of licence and identity before the car is confirmed.

Questions first?

A request costs nothing, and the offer tells you everything.
