It begins with your request, sent online in a few minutes, with no payment. An offer follows, with the car we confirm and the full price for your dates. Approve it and the car is booked; decline it and nothing happens.

Every car lists its own deposit and the kilometres included each day. Short trips and long stays use the same request; the rate follows the length. Short notice is fine: 2 hours is the minimum before a pickup.

What to bring

Drivers 18 and older can rent with a valid Ontario G2 or G licence. We accept young drivers; those under 26 pay a daily fee. Bring the card you paid with and your original licence to the handover.

Every rate includes liability to others. Damage to the car is covered by your choice: OPCF 27, your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. A deposit is held before each rental; the amount is on the car's page. Every driver's licence and identity are checked before we confirm.
