Renting: the basics

Ontario G2 or G licence holders aged 18 and up can request a car. The young driver fee covers drivers under 26; older drivers pay no age fee. Payment is by a card in your name, shown with your licence at pickup.

Every rate includes third-party liability. The car itself needs one of three options: OPCF 27, a card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. A deposit is held for every rental, about 1 hour before you get the car. Before confirming, we verify the licence and identity of each driver.

How a booking comes together

The process opens with a request from you, which costs nothing and binds you to nothing. Back comes an offer you can read at your own pace, with every charge on it. You decide: approve and pay, or let it go. No charge either way until you approve.
