Turo alternative and the Lexus LS
For a rental car, the Lexus LS is one of many cars on CarmaCars, each with its own page. Every car has its own page with its rates and calendar. You choose the car; a person confirms it and sends the price.
The numbers in plain words
The EPA does not rate this model year for fuel use; heavier trucks and vans are often not rated.
Room inside
Its car body is low and settled, with a separate trunk.
Good uses for the LS
It suits a weekend away when the train does not reach where you are going. It suits anyone who needs a car for a few days, a week or a month without buying one.
Renting this car
Put this car and your dates in a request, and we reply with an offer. This exact car is not in our fleet at the moment; a request asks us to look for one. Meanwhile, 6 similar cars are listed below. The car can come to your door in the Toronto area, or you pick it up at no charge.
The rules, briefly
Ontario G2 or G licence holders aged 18 and up can request a car. There is no upper age limit, and drivers under 26 pay a fee for each day. Bring a card in your name; a card in someone else's name cannot be used.
You pick how damage to the car is handled before pickup: OPCF 27, a credit card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is released after the return, once the car is checked. Licence and identity checks happen before the booking is confirmed.
Your request, our offer, your keys
To book, you request the car for your dates. There is no charge to send it and no obligation. We send the offer to your account and your email, with the total shown. An offer is valid for 24 hours, and you pay only when you approve it.
A car's page shows the deposit and the kilometres included each day. For longer stays, each booking of up to 365 days renews with a new agreement. Give us 2 hours or more before the pickup and we can usually make it work.

Can I rent a Lexus LS in Toronto?
Not from our fleet right now. Send a request for this exact car and we look for one for your dates. Meanwhile 6 similar cars are available below.
How old do I need to be to rent?
18 or older at pickup, with an Ontario G2 or G licence valid for the whole rental. Drivers aged 18 to 20 pay a young driver fee of $35 a day, and 21 to 25 pay $20 a day.
How much is the deposit?
Between $500 and $5,000, depending on the car. It is taken about 1 hour before pickup, never when you book, and the balance is released within 7 business days after you return the car.
What coverage do I need?
Third-party liability is included in the rate. For damage to the car itself, have your own policy (OPCF 27), a credit card with rental car coverage, or add the CarmaCars Protection Plan, priced in your offer by car and driver age. At $2,500 or more we claim on our fleet policy and you pay the $2,500 deductible.
Can the car be delivered?
Yes, anywhere, including Toronto Pearson International Airport and Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport. Delivery starts at $75 plus the distance from our location, priced in your offer. Collecting the car yourself is free.
