Rules for renters

You must be 18 or older and hold a valid Ontario G2 or G licence. Young drivers, under 26, can rent too, with a fee for each day. Debit works on cars marked "no credit card needed"; the others take a credit card.

For damage to the car itself, have your own policy (OPCF 27), a credit card with rental car coverage, or add the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is taken about 1 hour before pickup, never when you book. A quick licence and identity check happens before we confirm any booking.

Booking made plain

Send a request for the car and dates you have in mind. It is free and it commits you to nothing. You then get an offer from us with the car, the dates and the total before tax. Approve it and the car is booked; decline it and nothing happens.

Each car page lists what is included and what costs extra. Bookings run from one day up to 365 days at a time. Give us 2 hours or more before the pickup and we can usually make it work.
