Renting the Lotus

If a rental car is the plan, the Lotus is worth a look; here is why. Every car has its own page with its rates and calendar. You choose the car; a person confirms it and sends the price.

The figures, translated

The EPA does not rate this model year for fuel use; heavier trucks and vans are often not rated.

Who it is for

It suits client visits, weddings and special weekends. It suits anyone who needs a car for a few days, a week or a month without buying one.

Getting this car from us

Meanwhile, 6 similar cars are listed below. We have no Lotus on the site right now. Send a request with the model you want, and we look for one for your dates. A request for your dates gets you an offer from a person. We bring the car to your address in the Toronto area, or you collect it for free.

How to book

A booking with us starts as a request that you send without paying. A person checks the request and sends you an offer with the full price. You decide: approve and pay, or let it go. No charge either way until you approve.

Each car's calendar shows the days it is already booked. A week or more is priced at the weekly rate, from 7 days. Pickups need at least 2 hours of notice from the time you send the request.

What you need to rent

Drivers from 18 up, with an Ontario G2 or G licence, are welcome. Each day of the rental carries a young driver fee if a driver is under 26. The card you pay with must be yours, and you bring it to the handover.

Third-party liability comes with every rate. For the car itself: your own policy with OPCF 27, a card that covers rentals, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Each car shows its deposit, and we take it about 1 hour before pickup. We check your licence and identity before we confirm, the same way for every renter.

Make a request

Request a car, read the offer, and decide. That is the whole process.

Can I rent a Lotus in Toronto?

Not from our fleet right now. Send a request for this exact car and we look for one for your dates. Meanwhile 6 similar cars are available below.

How old do I need to be to rent?

18 or older at pickup, with an Ontario G2 or G licence valid for the whole rental. Drivers aged 18 to 20 pay a young driver fee of $35 a day, and 21 to 25 pay $20 a day.

How much is the deposit?

Between $500 and $5,000, depending on the car. It is taken about 1 hour before pickup, never when you book, and the balance is released within 7 business days after you return the car.

What coverage do I need?

Third-party liability is included in the rate. For damage to the car itself, have your own policy (OPCF 27), a credit card with rental car coverage, or add the CarmaCars Protection Plan, priced in your offer by car and driver age. At $2,500 or more we claim on our fleet policy and you pay the $2,500 deductible.

Can the car be delivered?

Yes, anywhere, including Toronto Pearson International Airport and Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport. Delivery starts at $75 plus the distance from our location, priced in your offer. Collecting the car yourself is free.
