How a booking comes together

Requests come first at CarmaCars. You name the car and the dates, and we take it from there. Our offer spells out the rate, the delivery fee if any, and the deposit. You pay only once you approve the offer.

Every car on the site has a page of its own, with its calendar and its rates. Book by the week from 7 days, or by the month up to 365 days. A pickup can be as soon as 2 hours after your request, when the car is free.

Before pickup

You need an Ontario G2 or G licence, valid for the whole rental, and to be 18 or older. Young drivers, under 26, can rent too, with a fee for each day. A card in the driver's own name is required at the handover.

You pick how damage to the car is handled before pickup: OPCF 27, a credit card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is released after the return, once the car is checked. If another person will drive, add them; they go through the same check.
