How renting with us works

First you send a request with the car and the times. No card is charged for it. We send the offer to your account and your email, with the total shown. Only an approved, paid offer books the car.

The rates you see on a car's page are the rates in your offer. Book by the week from 7 days, or by the month up to 365 days. With 2 hours of notice or more, a same-day pickup can work when the car is free.

Before pickup

An Ontario G2 or G licence and an age of 18 or more are the starting point. No maximum age, and a daily fee only for drivers under 26. You show your original licence and your card when we hand you the keys.

Every rate includes third-party liability. The car itself needs one of three options: OPCF 27, a card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is never taken when you book; it comes about 1 hour before pickup. We confirm each driver's licence and identity the same way.
