From request to keys

Every rental begins with a request from you. It costs nothing and it does not hold the car. We send the offer to your account and your email, with the total shown. Offers stay open for 24 hours. Approve one and pay to book the car.

The car pages show each car's rates, deposit and kilometres included. One booking runs up to 365 days, and a longer stay renews with a new agreement. The shortest notice we accept before a pickup is 2 hours.

Driver basics

Drivers 18 and older can rent with a valid Ontario G2 or G licence. The young driver fee covers drivers under 26; older drivers pay no age fee. The payment card and the licence must match the driver's name.

If you have no auto policy and no card benefit, the CarmaCars Protection Plan is the third option, priced in your offer. Your deposit is held about 1 hour ahead of pickup and released after the return. Each renter is checked the same way, before the booking is confirmed.
