Booking, step by step

Send the request with your dates first; no money changes hands at that stage. Our reply is an offer that lists the rate, the kilometres included and any delivery fee. You pay only once you approve the offer.

The calendar on each car's page helps you pick dates that work. A booking can be a single day or up to 365 days. At least 2 hours must separate the request from the pickup.

What we need from you

Ontario G2 or G licences are accepted, for drivers 18 and older. We accept young drivers; those under 26 pay a daily fee. The card you pay with must be yours, and you bring it to the handover.

Liability to other people is included in every rate. For the car itself, pick your own policy (OPCF 27), a card with rental car benefits, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. We hold the deposit shortly before pickup and release it after the return. Each extra driver is checked the same way and signs the rental agreement.
