Renting the 2021 Ram 1500 Limited

Here is the 2021 Ram 1500 Limited from the angle of someone searching for Turo alternative. You choose the car; a person confirms it and sends the price. Every car has its own page with its rates and calendar.

Ruby and the 1500

If you are starting from Toronto, rent the car here and drive it to Ruby. CarmaCars is based in Toronto, about 3,105 km from Ruby, and does not deliver there.

Places around Ruby include Old Glory, Oro Blanco and Casa Piedra.

The numbers in plain words

Under the hood: the 3.0L 6-cylinder turbo and rear-wheel drive. It runs on diesel, sold at most highway stations. Rear-wheel drive gives balanced handling; in winter, the tires make the biggest difference.

Expect about 27 litres for every 300 km, going by its 9.0 L/100 km combined rating. At our price setting, driving 100 km costs about $13.95, and a 300 km weekend about $41.85.

Space, size and seats

Being a pickup truck, it trades parking ease for a cargo bed.

Good uses for the 1500

It suits visitors who want a familiar car for a week in town. It suits a stretch of weeks between selling one car and buying the next.

Rent it from us

Ask for your dates, and we reply with what we can offer. None in our fleet right now; ask and we look for one for your dates. Meanwhile, 6 similar cars are listed below.

Who can rent

You need to be 18 or older at pickup, with an Ontario G2 or G licence valid for the whole rental. Age fees stop at 26: younger drivers pay a daily young driver fee. Payment is by a card in your name, shown with your licence at pickup.

If your own policy has OPCF 27 or your card covers rental cars, use that; otherwise add the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit comes about 1 hour before you get the car, not at booking. We check your licence and identity before we confirm, the same way for every renter.

The booking steps

Requests come first at CarmaCars. You name the car and the dates, and we take it from there. Someone on our team confirms the car is free for those dates and sends you an offer with every charge listed. Pay when you approve, not a minute before.

The photos on a car's page are of that car. One booking runs up to 365 days, and a longer stay renews with a new agreement. We need at least 2 hours of notice before a pickup.
