Turo alternative with this car
If you need a rental car, read about the Saab 900 here, then request it. Every car has its own page with its rates and calendar. You choose the car; a person confirms it and sends the price.
Engine and fuel
The EPA does not rate this model year for fuel use; heavier trucks and vans are often not rated.
Living with the 900
As a compact car, it is easy to drive and park in the city.
Who it is for
It suits a family trip where everyone and everything fits in one car. It suits anyone who needs a car for a few days, a week or a month without buying one.
Getting one from us
Tell us your dates and we check this car or the closest match. None in our fleet right now; ask and we look for one for your dates. Similar cars are below if you need one sooner. We deliver across the Toronto area, or you collect the car from our location for free.
What we ask of drivers
Ontario G2 or G licence holders aged 18 and up can request a car. Under 26, a young driver fee applies for each day of the rental. The card you pay with must be yours, and you bring it to the handover.
Before the keys change hands, one of three options must be in place for the car: OPCF 27, a card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit amount depends on the car and is shown on its page. Licence and identity checks happen before the booking is confirmed.
What to expect when you book
You begin by requesting a car for your dates; the request is free. Then we send an offer. The offer shows the price before 13% HST and the deposit. Nothing is charged until you approve it and pay.
The calendar on each car's page helps you pick dates that work. Bookings run from one day up to 365 days at a time. The shortest notice we accept before a pickup is 2 hours.

Can I rent a Saab 900 in Toronto?
Not from our fleet right now. Send a request for this exact car and we look for one for your dates. Meanwhile 6 similar cars are available below.
How old do I need to be to rent?
18 or older at pickup, with an Ontario G2 or G licence valid for the whole rental. Drivers aged 18 to 20 pay a young driver fee of $35 a day, and 21 to 25 pay $20 a day.
How much is the deposit?
Between $500 and $5,000, depending on the car. It is taken about 1 hour before pickup, never when you book, and the balance is released within 7 business days after you return the car.
What coverage do I need?
Third-party liability is included in the rate. For damage to the car itself, have your own policy (OPCF 27), a credit card with rental car coverage, or add the CarmaCars Protection Plan, priced in your offer by car and driver age. At $2,500 or more we claim on our fleet policy and you pay the $2,500 deductible.
Can the car be delivered?
Yes, anywhere, including Toronto Pearson International Airport and Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport. Delivery starts at $75 plus the distance from our location, priced in your offer. Collecting the car yourself is free.
