Rules for renters

From age 18, with an Ontario G2 or G licence, you can send a request. From 26, no age fee applies; below it, a daily young driver fee does. You show your original licence and your card when we hand you the keys.

If your own policy has OPCF 27 or your card covers rental cars, use that; otherwise add the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit comes about 1 hour before you get the car, not at booking. Every renter goes through the same check of licence and identity before the car is confirmed.

Getting the car booked

You choose a car and your dates online and send a request. Sending it costs nothing. The offer we send lists the car we confirm and the full price. An offer is valid for 24 hours, and you pay only when you approve it.

Each car's calendar shows the days it is already booked. From one day to 365, a single booking covers it. The shortest notice we accept before a pickup is 2 hours.
