The steps

First, a request: the car you like, when you need it, and where. No payment yet. The reply is an offer you can read in full before you decide anything. If you approve, you pay and the car is yours for those dates.

Each car page lists what is included and what costs extra. Bookings run from one day up to 365 days at a time. A pickup can be as soon as 2 hours after your request, when the car is free.

Requirements

Drivers from 18 up, with an Ontario G2 or G licence, are welcome. The young driver fee covers drivers under 26; older drivers pay no age fee. We check that the card and the licence carry the same name.

Before pickup, choose how damage to the car is handled: your auto policy (OPCF 27), your credit card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Each car's deposit is listed on its page, so you know it before you ask. Everyone who will drive signs the agreement after the licence check.
