The numbers in plain words

The electric motor with all-wheel drive is the powertrain to look at. It is fully electric: no gas at all, and you return it with the charge it had at pickup. With all-wheel drive, it pulls away more surely on slippery roads, though it does not stop any shorter.

At 23.1 kWh/100 km, a 300 km day uses roughly 69 kWh. On paper it goes 465 km between charges, less in winter. In money, 1,000 km costs about $34.70 at our price setting.

What the Model X is like

Being a full-size SUV, it handles luggage, strollers and sports gear well. At 736 litres, the trunk fits bulky luggage, a stroller or sports gear.

Who rents the Model X

It suits a stretch between cars, by the week or the month. It suits city driving and anyone with charging at home or work.

In our fleet

Tell us your dates and we check this car or the closest match. Similar cars are listed below if you need one now. None in our fleet right now; ask and we look for one for your dates. Your offer shows any delivery fee before you pay.

How a booking comes together

First, a request: the car you like, when you need it, and where. No payment yet. We review it and reply with an offer that shows the whole price, delivery included when you asked for it. An offer is valid for 24 hours, and you pay only when you approve it.

Each car page lists what is included and what costs extra. The longer the booking, the lower the rate a day tends to be. Requests for later the same day work when there are at least 2 hours to spare.

Driver requirements

Every driver must be 18 or older with an Ontario G2 or G licence. If you are under 26, expect a young driver fee each day; there is no upper age limit. The payment card and the licence must match the driver's name.

For damage to the car itself, have your own policy (OPCF 27), a credit card with rental car coverage, or add the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit amount depends on the car and is shown on its page. We confirm each driver's licence and identity the same way.
