Renting for Yameri

Reading the spec sheet

The 1.8L 4-cylinder does the work, through an automatic (CVT). It runs on regular gas. With front-wheel drive, the weight of the engine sits over the driven wheels, which helps in winter.

Plan on about 22 litres per 300 km; the combined rating is 7.3 L/100 km. At our price setting, driving 100 km costs about $11.32, and a 300 km weekend about $33.96.

What the Corolla is like

A car body like this keeps the weight low, so it feels settled on the highway. Its 368 litres of luggage space fit about two large suitcases and a few soft bags.

Good uses for the Corolla

It suits a weekend away when the train does not reach where you are going. It suits a family trip where everyone and everything fits in one car.

In our fleet

None in our fleet right now; ask and we look for one for your dates. Similar cars are listed below if you need one now. Ask for your dates, and we reply with what we can offer.

Before you rent

Drivers 18 and older can rent with a valid Ontario G2 or G licence. If any driver is under 26, a young driver fee is added for each day. At the handover we check your licence and the card in your name.

Before pickup, choose how damage to the car is handled: your auto policy (OPCF 27), your credit card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Each car shows its deposit, and we take it about 1 hour before pickup. Extra drivers are welcome; each one is checked and signs the agreement.

Booking with CarmaCars

Start with a request. Choose the car, the pickup time and the return time, and send it without paying anything. Our team answers with an offer: the confirmed car, the dates and the full price. You decide: approve and pay, or let it go. No charge either way until you approve.

Each car shows its rate for a day, a weekend day, a week and a month. Longer trips cost less a day: the weekly rate starts at 7 days. Leave at least 2 hours between your request and the pickup.
