The Wallace Environmental: Turo alternative

The Wallace Environmental is on this page for Turo alternative: here is what to know before you request one. You choose the car; a person confirms it and sends the price. Every car has its own page with its rates and calendar.

The numbers in plain words

The EPA does not rate this model year for fuel use; heavier trucks and vans are often not rated.

Who it is for

It suits a weekend away when the train does not reach where you are going. It suits people curious about the model who want to drive it before they buy.

Getting one from us

Similar cars are below if you need one sooner. Want a car for specific dates? Put them in the request and we check. No Wallace Environmental is in our fleet today; ask for one in a request and we search for your dates. The handover is in person, at your address or at our location.

From your dates to the handover

To book, you request the car for your dates. There is no charge to send it and no obligation. Back comes an offer you can read at your own pace, with every charge on it. Approve it and the car is booked; decline it and nothing happens.

Each car's calendar shows the days it is already booked. A single booking can run up to 365 days. For longer, it renews month after month. At least 2 hours must separate the request from the pickup.

Who qualifies

Every driver needs an Ontario G2 or G licence and must be 18 or older. Under 26, a young driver fee applies for each day of the rental. A credit card in your name is needed, except on cars marked "no credit card needed", which take debit.

Third-party liability is included in the rate. For damage to the car, you choose one of three options before pickup. The deposit amount depends on the car and is shown on its page. Every renter goes through the same check of licence and identity before the car is confirmed.

Over to you

A request costs nothing, and the offer tells you everything.
