The A4 and Ruby

Abbottsford, Atkins and The Lakes Mobile Home Park are the closest places to Ruby on our list.

Engine and fuel

Under the hood: the 2.0L 4-cylinder turbo hybrid and all-wheel drive. It is a hybrid: the battery charges itself as you drive and brake, so there is nothing to plug in. All-wheel drive sends power to all four wheels, which helps on snow and wet roads; good tires still matter most.

Expect about 25 litres for every 300 km, going by its 8.3 L/100 km combined rating. A 300 km weekend costs about $38.61 in energy at our price setting.

Inside and out

Its car body is low and settled, with a separate trunk. At 340 litres, the trunk fits about two large suitcases and a few soft bags.

Best uses

It suits client visits, weddings and special weekends. It suits a stretch of weeks between selling one car and buying the next.

Getting this car from us

There is no exact match in our fleet today. Request it and we search for one, or take a similar car. Your request can name this exact car; the offer confirms what we can give you. Similar cars are listed below if you need one now. We deliver across the Toronto area, or you collect the car from our location for free.

Your booking, in three steps

You ask for the car you want for the dates you need. The request itself is free. We check the calendar and your details, then send you an offer with the total. You have 24 hours to approve an offer, and payment comes with your approval.

Every car lists its own deposit and the kilometres included each day. A single booking can run up to 365 days. For longer, it renews month after month. A request can be for today, as long as the pickup is at least 2 hours away.

Driver basics

Renters must be at least 18 and hold an Ontario G2 or G licence. No maximum age, and a daily fee only for drivers under 26. A credit card in your name is needed, except on cars marked "no credit card needed", which take debit.

Every rate includes liability to others. Damage to the car is covered by your choice: OPCF 27, your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Your deposit is held for the rental and released after the car comes back and is checked. The checks are the same for everyone: licence, identity and the agreement.
