Rules for renters

The minimum age is 18, and the licence must be an Ontario G2 or G, valid for the whole trip. We accept young drivers; those under 26 pay a daily fee. Bring a card in your name; a card in someone else's name cannot be used.

Before pickup, choose how damage to the car is handled: your auto policy (OPCF 27), your credit card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. We take the deposit shortly before pickup and return it after the car comes back. We confirm each driver's licence and identity the same way.

How a booking comes together

First, a request: the car you like, when you need it, and where. No payment yet. The offer comes from a person, not a robot, and it carries the full price. You have 24 hours to approve an offer, and payment comes with your approval.

Each car shows its rate for a day, a weekend day, a week and a month. Book one day, one week, or up to 365 days at once. A pickup can be as soon as 2 hours after your request, when the car is free.
