Third-party liability is in the rate; for the car, bring OPCF 27, use your card's benefit, or add the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is never taken when you book; it comes about 1 hour before pickup. Extra drivers are welcome; each one is checked and signs the agreement.
