Uber Eats car rental: Genesis

The Genesis: Uber Eats car rental

Want the Genesis as a car for rideshare or delivery work? Start here: the car in plain words, then how booking works. Weekly rates suit gig work; trips of 7 days or more use them. Tell us in your request that the car is for app work.

Reading the spec sheet

No fuel-use rating is published for this model year, so we leave those figures out.

Who it is for

It suits a stretch of weeks between selling one car and buying the next. It suits a work trip where a reliable car matters more than anything else.

Can I rent it?

We have no Genesis on the site right now. Send a request with the model you want, and we look for one for your dates. Ask for your dates, and we reply with what we can offer. Similar cars are below if you need one sooner. Your offer shows the delivery fee if you want the car brought to you.

Driver requirements

Renters must be at least 18 and hold an Ontario G2 or G licence. No maximum age, and a daily fee only for drivers under 26. At pickup, have your original licence and the payment card ready.

Third-party liability comes with every rate. For the car itself: your own policy with OPCF 27, a card that covers rentals, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. We take the deposit shortly before pickup and return it after the car comes back. Name every driver in your request, and each is checked before pickup.

What happens when you ask for a car

Start with a request. Choose the car, the pickup time and the return time, and send it without paying anything. A real person reviews your request and sends an offer with the price spelled out. You pay when you approve, and only then.

Every car has its own daily, weekend, weekly and monthly rate. A single booking can run up to 365 days. For longer, it renews month after month. Requests need at least 2 hours of notice before the pickup time.

Ask us

Request a car, read the offer, and decide. That is the whole process.
