Rules for renters
Every driver needs an Ontario G2 or G licence and must be 18 or older. Under 26, a young driver fee applies for each day of the rental. The card must be in the driver's name, and we check it with the licence in person.
You need one of three things in place for damage to the car: OPCF 27 on your own policy, a credit card that covers rentals, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. There is a deposit for each rental, taken shortly before pickup rather than at booking. Licence and identity checks happen before the booking is confirmed.
Requesting a car
You start by asking: a car, a start time, an end time. Asking is free. Back comes an offer you can read at your own pace, with every charge on it. An offer is valid for 24 hours, and you pay only when you approve it.
You can see every car's calendar and rates before you send anything. A single booking can run up to 365 days. For longer, it renews month after month. Allow 2 hours or more between your request and the pickup time.

What coverage do I need?

For damage to the car itself, have your own policy (OPCF 27), a credit card with rental car coverage, or add the CarmaCars Protection Plan, priced in your offer by car and driver age. At $2,500 or more we claim on our fleet policy and you pay the $2,500 deductible.
Can the car be delivered?
Yes, anywhere, including Toronto Pearson International Airport and Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport. Delivery starts at $75 plus the distance from our location, priced in your offer. Collecting the car yourself is free.
