Uber Eats car rental with this car
If a car for rideshare or delivery work is the plan, the Subaru Outback is worth a look; here is why. Each platform sets its own vehicle rules, by city and model year; check them before you book. Tell us in your request that the car is for app work.
Specs, explained
No fuel-use rating is published for this model year, so we leave those figures out.
A good match for
It suits winter trips and weekends with more gear than people. It suits a weekend away when the train does not reach where you are going.
What to expect from the Outback
It offers the space of an SUV with the height that makes loading easy.
Getting this car from us
A request for your dates gets you an offer from a person. This exact car is not in our fleet at the moment; a request asks us to look for one. Similar cars are below if you need one sooner. Delivery is priced by distance in your offer, and pickup from us is free.
Driver basics
Our minimum age is 18; an Ontario G2 or G licence is required. Drivers under 26 can rent with a young driver fee each day. Your original licence, not a photo, comes with you to the handover.
Liability to others is in the rate. Damage to the car is handled by your policy (OPCF 27), your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan, priced in your offer. Deposits are listed car by car, so you can compare before you ask. Each extra driver is checked the same way and signs the rental agreement.
From your dates to the handover
All you send at first is a request with the car and the dates, and it is free. We look at the request and send back an offer with the price for your exact dates. The car is yours for those dates once you approve and pay the offer.
Open a car to see its photos, rates, deposit and kilometres included. Book by the week from 7 days, or by the month up to 365 days. With 2 hours of notice or more, a same-day pickup can work when the car is free.
Your move
When you have your dates, send a request. It is free, and the offer shows the full price.

Uber Eats car rental: the Subaru Outback
Can I rent a Subaru Outback in Toronto?
Not from our fleet right now. Send a request for this exact car and we look for one for your dates. Meanwhile 6 similar cars are available below.
How old do I need to be to rent?
18 or older at pickup, with an Ontario G2 or G licence valid for the whole rental. Drivers aged 18 to 20 pay a young driver fee of $35 a day, and 21 to 25 pay $20 a day.
How much is the deposit?
Between $500 and $5,000, depending on the car. It is taken about 1 hour before pickup, never when you book, and the balance is released within 7 business days after you return the car.
What coverage do I need?
Third-party liability is included in the rate. For damage to the car itself, have your own policy (OPCF 27), a credit card with rental car coverage, or add the CarmaCars Protection Plan, priced in your offer by car and driver age. At $2,500 or more we claim on our fleet policy and you pay the $2,500 deductible.
Can the car be delivered?
Yes, anywhere, including Toronto Pearson International Airport and Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport. Delivery starts at $75 plus the distance from our location, priced in your offer. Collecting the car yourself is free.
