Driver requirements

Drivers from 18 up, with an Ontario G2 or G licence, are welcome. A young driver fee applies each day for drivers under 26. Bring the card you paid with and your original licence to the handover.

If you have no auto policy and no card benefit, the CarmaCars Protection Plan is the third option, priced in your offer. Your deposit is held for the rental and released after the car comes back and is checked. We check every driver; it takes a few minutes and protects everyone.

Booking in plain terms

You request the car online with your dates, and nothing is charged to send it. Our reply is an offer that lists the rate, the kilometres included and any delivery fee. The car is yours for those dates once you approve and pay the offer.

The rates you see on a car's page are the rates in your offer. Longer trips cost less a day: the weekly rate starts at 7 days. The shortest notice we accept before a pickup is 2 hours.
