Uber Eats car rental and the 2020 Toyota Corolla LE

If a car for rideshare or delivery work is the plan, the 2020 Toyota Corolla LE is worth a look; here is why. Each platform sets its own vehicle rules, by city and model year; check them before you book. Tell us in your request that the car is for app work.

Renting for Farmbrook

CarmaCars is based in Toronto, about 509 km from Farmbrook, and does not deliver there. If you are starting from Toronto, rent the car here and drive it to Farmbrook.

If you are near Farmbrook, Hannover, Crestwood Village and Mountain Village are close too.

The numbers in plain words

The powertrain to know here is the 2.0L 4-cylinder, with front-wheel drive. It runs on regular gas. With front-wheel drive, the weight of the engine sits over the driven wheels, which helps in winter.

By the EPA's combined rating of 6.8 L/100 km, 300 km takes about 20 litres. The fuel for 100 km comes to about $10.54 at our price setting.

Is it right for your trip?

It suits a weekend away when the train does not reach where you are going. It suits a work trip where a reliable car matters more than anything else.

The Corolla in everyday use

Its car body is low and settled, with a separate trunk. For luggage, 510 litres means a family's bags for a long weekend.

Getting one from us

Ask for this exact car in your request, and we tell you what we can offer. None in our fleet right now; ask and we look for one for your dates. Similar cars are listed below if you need one now.

Before you rent

At pickup you must be 18 or older and carry your original G2 or G licence. Young drivers, under 26, can rent too, with a fee for each day. Bring a card in your name; a card in someone else's name cannot be used.

Third-party liability is in the rate; for the car, bring OPCF 27, use your card's benefit, or add the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Each car's deposit is listed on its page, so you know it before you ask. We check your licence and identity before we confirm, the same way for every renter.

Booking with CarmaCars

A booking with us starts as a request that you send without paying. Our offer spells out the rate, the delivery fee if any, and the deposit. When you approve the offer and pay, the car is booked for you.

Each car's calendar shows the days it is already booked. From one day to 365, a single booking covers it. A pickup can be as soon as 2 hours after your request, when the car is free.

When you know your dates

Tell us your dates and where you want the car, and we will do the rest.
