What the figures tell you

Power comes from the 2.0L 4-cylinder turbo hybrid, driving through a 7-speed automatic. As a hybrid, it does best in stop-and-go traffic, where the electric motor does more of the work. With all-wheel drive, it pulls away more surely on slippery roads, though it does not stop any shorter.

It is rated at 8.3 L/100 km combined; 300 km takes about 25 litres. In energy, every 100 km costs about $12.87 at our price setting.

Room inside

Its car body is low and settled, with a separate trunk. In plain terms, its 340 litres of luggage space hold about two large suitcases and a few soft bags.

Is it right for your trip?

It suits someone whose own car is in the shop for a while. It suits client visits, weddings and special weekends.

Renting the A4 from CarmaCars

Want a car for specific dates? Put them in the request and we check. None in our fleet right now; ask and we look for one for your dates. Meanwhile, 6 similar cars are listed below.

What to expect when you book

The process opens with a request from you, which costs nothing and binds you to nothing. We review it and reply with an offer that shows the whole price, delivery included when you asked for it. If you approve, you pay and the car is yours for those dates.

The calendar on each car's page helps you pick dates that work. Weekly pricing starts at 7 days, and a trip never costs more than that rate for a week. Allow 2 hours or more between your request and the pickup time.

What we ask of drivers

If you are 18 or over and hold an Ontario G2 or G licence, you can rent. The young driver fee covers drivers under 26; older drivers pay no age fee. A card in your name pays for the rental, and we see it with your licence at pickup.

The CarmaCars Protection Plan is one of three options for damage to the car; the others are OPCF 27 on your policy or a card with rental car benefits. There is a deposit for each rental, taken shortly before pickup rather than at booking. A quick licence and identity check happens before we confirm any booking.
