Rules for renters

Ontario G2 or G licences are accepted, for drivers 18 and older. A young driver fee applies each day for drivers under 26. The card must be in the driver's name, and we check it with the licence in person.

Liability to other people is included in every rate. For the car itself, pick your own policy (OPCF 27), a card with rental car benefits, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. We take the deposit shortly before pickup and return it after the car comes back. Every driver's licence and identity are checked before we confirm.

Requesting a car

Start with a request. Choose the car, the pickup time and the return time, and send it without paying anything. A staff member reads the request and sends the offer. We reply within 2 hours. If it suits you, approve it and pay. Until then, nothing is charged.

Each car has its own page with its photos, its rates and its calendar. Rent for a day, a week or up to 365 days in one booking. Plan for at least 2 hours between sending the request and picking up the car.
