Requesting a car

Booking starts online: pick the car, set the times, and send the request at no cost. We answer with a written offer: the car, the dates, the price and the deposit. An offer is valid for 24 hours, and you pay only when you approve it.

Each car shows its own extra kilometre rate, so nothing surprises you later. Book one day, one week, or up to 365 days at once. Allow 2 hours or more between your request and the pickup time.

What we check

Our minimum age is 18; an Ontario G2 or G licence is required. Under 26, a young driver fee applies for each day of the rental. Cars marked "no credit card needed" accept a debit card in your name; the others need a credit card.

Third-party liability is in the rate; for the car, bring OPCF 27, use your card's benefit, or add the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Your deposit is held for the rental and released after the car comes back and is checked. Before confirming, we verify the licence and identity of each driver.
