Your request, our offer, your keys

A request is free and takes a few minutes: the car, your dates, and pickup or delivery. Our reply is an offer that lists the rate, the kilometres included and any delivery fee. An offer is valid for 24 hours, and you pay only when you approve it.

A car's page shows the deposit and the kilometres included each day. Book by the week from 7 days, or by the month up to 365 days. Allow 2 hours or more between your request and the pickup time.

Renting: the basics

Drivers 18 and older can rent with a valid Ontario G2 or G licence. Drivers below 26 pay a fee each day of the rental, and older drivers pay none. We check that the card and the licence carry the same name.

Liability to others is in the rate. Damage to the car is handled by your policy (OPCF 27), your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan, priced in your offer. The deposit is never taken when you book; it comes about 1 hour before pickup. Additional drivers can be added; each one meets the same rules and signs the agreement.
