The booking steps

First, a request: the car you like, when you need it, and where. No payment yet. We answer with a written offer: the car, the dates, the price and the deposit. If you approve, you pay and the car is yours for those dates.

The car pages show each car's rates, deposit and kilometres included. Weekly pricing starts at 7 days, and a trip never costs more than that rate for a week. We need at least 2 hours of notice before a pickup.

Before pickup

From age 18, with an Ontario G2 or G licence, you can send a request. Each day of the rental carries a young driver fee if a driver is under 26. You show your original licence and your card when we hand you the keys.

Liability to others is in the rate. Damage to the car is handled by your policy (OPCF 27), your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan, priced in your offer. The deposit is separate from the rental price and is returned after the rental. Name every driver in your request, and each is checked before pickup.
