How booking works
Send a request for the car and dates you have in mind. It is free and it commits you to nothing. A real person reviews your request and sends an offer with the price spelled out. Nothing is charged until you approve it and pay.
Open a car to see its photos, rates, deposit and kilometres included. For longer stays, each booking of up to 365 days renews with a new agreement. A request can be for today, as long as the pickup is at least 2 hours away.
What to have ready
Ontario G2 or G licences are accepted, for drivers 18 and older. Drivers below 26 pay a fee each day of the rental, and older drivers pay none. We need to see the card and the licence of the person renting.
Damage to the car is handled one of three ways: OPCF 27 on your policy, a credit card's rental car benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is never taken when you book; it comes about 1 hour before pickup. A quick licence and identity check happens before we confirm any booking.
Next step
A request takes a few minutes and puts a real offer in front of you.
