Van rental: Lexus LFA

The Lexus LFA: Van rental

If a van or a seven-seat car is the plan, the Lexus LFA is worth a look; here is why. Seven seats or more take a whole group in one vehicle.

Specs, explained

The EPA does not rate this model year for fuel use; heavier trucks and vans are often not rated.

What the LFA is like

Low and compact, it is a car for the drive more than the cargo.

Who rents the LFA

It suits a work trip where a reliable car matters more than anything else. It suits people curious about the model who want to drive it before they buy.

In our fleet

Ask for this exact car in your request, and we tell you what we can offer. We have none on the site right now. Send a request for this exact car and we look for one for your dates. Similar cars are listed below if you need one now. Delivery starts at $0 plus distance; collecting the car yourself is free.

Getting the car booked

A request is free and takes a few minutes: the car, your dates, and pickup or delivery. We reply with an offer for the car and the dates, priced in full. You have 24 hours to approve an offer, and payment comes with your approval.

You can check any car's calendar before you send a request. Trips of 7 days or more use the weekly rate, and shorter trips never cost more than it. Last-minute plans are fine with at least 2 hours of notice.

The rules, briefly

At pickup you must be 18 or older and carry your original G2 or G licence. The daily young driver fee is shown on each car's page, for drivers under 26. Your original licence, not a photo, comes with you to the handover.

Liability to others is in the rate. Damage to the car is handled by your policy (OPCF 27), your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan, priced in your offer. There is a deposit for each rental, taken shortly before pickup rather than at booking. Every driver's licence and identity are checked before we confirm.

Still deciding?

The quickest way to a price is a request with your dates. It costs nothing.
