Van rental: grey 2021 Nissan Kicks SR in Java

Renting the 2021 Nissan Kicks SR

The 2021 Nissan Kicks SR is on this page for van rental: here is what to know before you request one. Seven seats or more take a whole group in one vehicle.

Java and the Kicks

We rent from Toronto only. If your trip to Java starts in the Toronto area, rent the car here. Java is about 770 km from Toronto, outside our delivery area.

Around Java you will also find Lucks, Ebenezer and Shockoe.

The figures, translated

The 1.6L 4-cylinder does the work, through an automatic (CVT). It runs on regular gas. With front-wheel drive, the weight of the engine sits over the driven wheels, which helps in winter.

For 300 km of mixed driving, expect about 21 litres, from its 7.1 L/100 km rating. That works out to about $11.01 per 100 km at our price setting.

Size and space

Being a mid-size car, it is easy to park and comfortable on longer drives. With 708 litres of luggage space by the EPA's measure, it takes bulky luggage, a stroller or sports gear.

Who rents the Kicks

It suits anyone who needs a car for a few days, a week or a month without buying one. It suits people curious about the model who want to drive it before they buy.

Can you rent one?

Your request can name this exact car; the offer confirms what we can give you. None in our fleet right now; ask and we look for one for your dates. Meanwhile, 6 similar cars are listed below.

What we ask of drivers

You need to be 18 or older at pickup, with an Ontario G2 or G licence valid for the whole rental. Drivers below 26 pay a fee each day of the rental, and older drivers pay none. Debit works on cars marked "no credit card needed"; the others take a credit card.

Third-party liability comes with every rate. For the car itself: your own policy with OPCF 27, a card that covers rentals, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is released after the return, once the car is checked. Every renter goes through the same check of licence and identity before the car is confirmed.

Getting the car booked

Tell us the car and the dates in a request. There is no fee for asking. The offer we send lists the car we confirm and the full price. When you approve the offer and pay, the car is booked for you.

Each listing shows the daily, weekly and monthly rate of that car. Stay as long as you need: up to 365 days a booking, then renew. Short notice is fine: 2 hours is the minimum before a pickup.

Still deciding?

A request costs nothing, and the offer tells you everything.
