Renting for Farmbrook

Farmbrook is about 509 km from our Toronto location, beyond the area we deliver to. If you are starting from Toronto, rent the car here and drive it to Farmbrook.

If you are close to Farmbrook, you may also be near Hannover, Crestwood Village and Mountain Village.

Engine and fuel

The powertrain here is the 2.0L 4-cylinder with front-wheel drive and an automatic (CVT). It runs on regular gas. With front-wheel drive, the weight of the engine sits over the driven wheels, which helps in winter.

Its combined rating is 7.1 L/100 km, which means roughly 21 litres for 300 km. In energy, every 100 km costs about $11.01 at our price setting.

A good match for

It suits a family trip where everyone and everything fits in one car. It suits anyone who needs a car for a few days, a week or a month without buying one.

Size and space

A car body like this keeps the weight low, so it feels settled on the highway. The EPA lists 396 litres for luggage, roughly about two large suitcases and a few soft bags.

Before you rent

From age 18, with an Ontario G2 or G licence, you can send a request. Each day of the rental carries a young driver fee if a driver is under 26. You show your original licence and your card when we hand you the keys.

Damage to the car is handled one of three ways: OPCF 27 on your policy, a credit card's rental car benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. A deposit is held for every rental, about 1 hour before you get the car. Each extra driver is checked the same way and signs the rental agreement.

Booking, step by step

Your part at the start is short: choose a car and dates and send a free request. Our reply is an offer that lists the rate, the kilometres included and any delivery fee. If the offer works for you, approve and pay to confirm. If not, you owe nothing.

A car's page shows the deposit and the kilometres included each day. Weekly pricing starts at 7 days, and a trip never costs more than that rate for a week. Allow 2 hours or more between your request and the pickup time.

Next step

Send your dates and we will reply with a car and a price.
