Van rental: Subaru XT6

Renting the Subaru XT6

For a van or a seven-seat car, the Subaru XT6 could fit; below, the figures and how booking works. Seven seats or more take a whole group in one vehicle.

Under the hood

No fuel-use rating is published for this model year, so we leave those figures out.

Inside and out

Its car body is low and settled, with a separate trunk.

Is it right for your trip?

It suits a weekend away when the train does not reach where you are going. It suits a stretch between cars, by the week or the month.

Can you rent one?

Ask for your dates, and we reply with what we can offer. We have none on the site right now. Send a request for this exact car and we look for one for your dates. Meanwhile, 6 similar cars are listed below. We hand every car over in person, at your address or at our location.

How a booking comes together

Tell us the car and the dates in a request. There is no fee for asking. Someone on our team confirms the car is free for those dates and sends you an offer with every charge listed. Approve it and the car is booked; decline it and nothing happens.

Every car has its own daily, weekend, weekly and monthly rate. Bookings run from one day up to 365 days at a time. Book ahead if you can; 2 hours is the shortest notice we take.

Renting: the basics

An Ontario G2 or G licence and an age of 18 or more are the starting point. Each day of the rental carries a young driver fee if a driver is under 26. A card in the driver's own name is required at the handover.

The CarmaCars Protection Plan is one of three options for damage to the car; the others are OPCF 27 on your policy or a card with rental car benefits. Your deposit is held for the rental and released after the car comes back and is checked. The checks are the same for everyone: licence, identity and the agreement.

Ready when you are

Pick a car, send a request, and decide once you see the offer.
