Van rental: 2002 Volvo FML

Van rental and the 2002 Volvo FML

The 2002 Volvo FML for a van or a seven-seat car: the facts first, then the booking. Seven seats or more take a whole group in one vehicle.

Under the hood

No fuel-use rating is published for this model year, so we leave those figures out.

Best uses

It suits a family trip where everyone and everything fits in one car. It suits a stretch of weeks between selling one car and buying the next.

How big it is

It is a straightforward car to drive, park and live with.

Can I rent it?

None in our fleet right now; ask and we look for one for your dates. If you want this one, say so in the request; we confirm before you pay. Meanwhile, 6 similar cars are listed below. We deliver across the Toronto area, or you collect the car from our location for free.

What happens when you ask for a car

To book, you request the car for your dates. There is no charge to send it and no obligation. We reply with an offer for the car and the dates, priced in full. Say yes to the offer and pay; that is when the booking is made.

Each car shows its own extra kilometre rate, so nothing surprises you later. A booking can be a single day or up to 365 days. Requests need at least 2 hours of notice before the pickup time.

Before you rent

We need every driver to be at least 18, with an Ontario G2 or G licence. Young drivers are welcome: a daily fee applies under 26. The name on the card has to match the name on the licence.

Damage to the car is handled one of three ways: OPCF 27 on your policy, a credit card's rental car benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Deposits differ by car. Each car's page shows its amount. The checks are the same for everyone: licence, identity and the agreement.

Make a request

When you have your dates, send a request. It is free, and the offer shows the full price.
