Getting the car booked

First you send a request with the car and the times. No card is charged for it. You then get an offer from us with the car, the dates and the total before tax. Pay when you approve, not a minute before.

The rates you see on a car's page are the rates in your offer. Book one day, one week, or up to 365 days at once. The minimum notice is 2 hours, so an afternoon pickup can be requested in the morning.

What we ask of drivers

Every driver needs an Ontario G2 or G licence and must be 18 or older. The daily young driver fee is shown on each car's page, for drivers under 26. At the handover we check your licence and the card in your name.

For damage to the car itself, have your own policy (OPCF 27), a credit card with rental car coverage, or add the CarmaCars Protection Plan. A deposit is held for every rental, about 1 hour before you get the car. Each driver named on the booking signs the rental agreement.
