The 2017 Kia Optima: Vinyl wrap
Here is how we handle a vinyl wrap for the 2017 Kia Optima: the request, the work and a car to drive meanwhile. A vinyl wrap changes the colour or finish and protects the paint under it.
Your Optima, up close
Photos of the car help us quote it accurately. If something on the car is already damaged, show us in the photos. We note the car's condition with you when it comes in.
Booking the work
A person reads your request and replies with the next step. Ask anything about the work in the request. Your quote is for your car, not a general price list.
A rental while we work
Keep driving while it is detailed: we deliver a rental and collect it when yours is ready. Your rental can be waiting when you drop your car off. The handover is in person, at your address or at our location.
Timing
We call or write when the car is ready, and you collect it or we arrange the handover. We keep you posted if the timing changes.
What goes into a quote
We price the job before we start, never after. Photos let us give a closer price before we see the car in person. The same job can take more time on a car with more trim or detail.
What to bring
Ask any question you have before the work starts. If you need a rental, add it to the request so it is ready when you arrive. Empty the trunk and the door pockets so every surface can be reached.
Aftercare
If anything about the work looks wrong after you collect the car, tell us. Hand washing helps a wrap last; harsh brushes can lift its edges.
