Rent a car while yours is detailed
Keep driving while your car is in: we deliver a rental to you and collect it when yours is ready.
Wax: your ACM
CarmaCars takes requests for exterior detailing on the 1995 GMC ACM, and rents you a car while yours is in. Outside work covers the paint, wheels, tires, glass and trim.
The car itself
A car of this size is quick to work on compared with a large SUV. Tell us the year and the trim; the details change from one to the next. If something on the car is already damaged, show us in the photos.
From request to appointment
Tell us whether you can drop the car off or need it collected. Nothing is booked until you agree to the price and the time. Send a few photos and the year and trim; that is enough for a first price.
A rental meanwhile
Add a rental to your request, and we deliver it to you. Keep driving while it is detailed: we deliver a rental and collect it when yours is ready. The handover is in person, at your address or at our location.
Looking after it afterwards
Park out of direct sun when you can to protect paint and interior. A quick wipe of bird droppings and sap stops them from marking the paint.
How long it takes
You can plan the rental for the same number of days as the work. We give you a time with the quote, so you can plan a rental for the right number of days.
Why prices differ
The size of the car matters: an SUV or a van has more surface than a compact car. Options such as sensors, trim pieces or special paint can add time. Simple jobs cost less; we tell you if a smaller job would do.
Getting the car ready
If you need a rental, add it to the request so it is ready when you arrive. Ask any question you have before the work starts. Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work.
Questions first?
Tell us about the car and the work, and we take it from there.
Request wax
Tell us when suits you; we reply within one business day with a time and a price.
