Booking the work for the Element
Your 2011 Honda Element and exterior detailing: what to send us, what it involves, and a car to drive meanwhile. Outside work covers the paint, wheels, tires, glass and trim.
What your car means for the work
Photos of the car help us quote it accurately. If something on the car is already damaged, show us in the photos. We note the car's condition with you when it comes in.
From request to appointment
If the job turns out larger, we ask you before doing more. Tell us whether you can drop the car off or need it collected. We reply within one business day with a time and a price.
Need a car meanwhile?
Choose a car from our fleet for the days the work takes. Keep driving while it is detailed: we deliver a rental and collect it when yours is ready. Delivery covers the Toronto area, priced by distance in your offer; pickup from us is free.
How long you are without it
If the car must stay overnight, we tell you before it comes in. Weather and curing times can change the schedule for some work.
How the price is set
Options such as sensors, trim pieces or special paint can add time. The size of the car matters: an SUV or a van has more surface than a compact car. The condition of the car matters too; heavy dirt, deep scratches or rust take longer.
Keeping it that way
Look over the work in daylight when you collect the car. Rinse off winter salt regularly to protect paint and wheels.
On the day
Tell us about any marks or damage already on the car, so we note them together. Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule. If you need a rental, add it to the request so it is ready when you arrive.
When you know your dates
Send a request with a few photos, and we reply with a price.
Request wax
Tell us when suits you; we reply within one business day with a time and a price.
