Your Import Trade Services: the work
Your Import Trade Services and exterior detailing: what to send us, what it involves, and a car to drive meanwhile. Outside work covers the paint, wheels, tires, glass and trim.
Size and finish
We note the car's condition with you when it comes in. Photos of the car help us quote it accurately. If something on the car is already damaged, show us in the photos.
The request
Your quote is for your car, not a general price list. Ask anything about the work in the request. If the job turns out larger, we ask you before doing more.
Driving while yours is in
We collect the rental when your car is ready. Keep driving while it is detailed: we deliver a rental and collect it when yours is ready. The handover is in person, at your address or at our location.
Keeping it that way
Keep a soft cloth in the car for small marks. Ask us how to care for the work when you collect the car.
Why prices differ
The quote shows the price for your car and what it includes. The same job can take more time on a car with more trim or detail. A quote from us is free and comes with no obligation.
Before you drop the car off
Child seats can be taken out so the seats under them get cleaned. Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to. Ask any question you have before the work starts.
How long it takes
Waiting on parts is the most common reason a repair takes longer. If the work runs longer than planned, we let you know and you can keep the rental.
