Before you drop the car off
Tell us about any marks or damage already on the car, so we note them together. Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to. Empty the trunk and the door pockets so every surface can be reached.

We keep you posted if the timing changes. If you need the car back by a date, say so and we plan for it.
