Your Polestar: the work
This page covers exterior detailing for the Polestar, and a rental while the car is with us. Outside work covers the paint, wheels, tires, glass and trim.
What your car means for the work
Premium cars often have more trim and sensors to work around; mention any options in your request. We note the car's condition with you when it comes in. Mention the trim and options, so we plan around sensors and trim pieces.
Your request
Your quote is for your car, not a general price list. Send a few photos and the year and trim; that is enough for a first price. Ask anything about the work in the request.
Need a car meanwhile?
Rent by the day while your car is in, delivered to you. Choose a car from our fleet for the days the work takes. Collect the car at our location for free, or have it delivered.
What goes into a quote
The quote shows the price for your car and what it includes. A quote lists what is included, so you can compare it fairly. We explain the price in plain words if anything is unclear.
Aftercare
Hand washing is gentler than automatic brushes on any finish. Park out of direct sun when you can to protect paint and interior.
What to bring
If you need a rental, add it to the request so it is ready when you arrive. Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule. Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work.
How long you are without it
Waiting on parts is the most common reason a repair takes longer. A clear timeline comes with every quote.
Talk to a person
A short request is all it takes to get a price for your car.
