Booking the work for the 9-7
For the Saab 9-7, exterior detailing starts with a quote from a person, never a guess. Outside work covers the paint, wheels, tires, glass and trim.
About your 9-7
If something on the car is already damaged, show us in the photos. As an SUV, it has more paint, glass and interior than a small car, so the work takes longer. A bigger body means more surface to work on, which shows in the time.
What happens after you ask
Tell us when the car is free and whether you can drop it off. Tell us whether you can drop the car off or need it collected. Send the year, the trim and what you want done; photos make the price more accurate.
A car while yours is in
Rent by the day while your car is in, delivered to you. Pick the rental from our fleet; delivery is priced in the offer. Collect the car at our location for free, or have it delivered.
When the car is ready
Pick-up time is confirmed when the work is finished. If you need the car back by a date, say so and we plan for it.
Looking after it afterwards
Keep the invoice with your records; it helps when you sell the car. Park out of direct sun when you can to protect paint and interior.
Why prices differ
Ask what is included, so you can compare quotes fairly. If you only need part of the work, say so and we quote that part. We quote your car, not an average car, so the price fits the job.
What to bring
Tell us about any marks or damage already on the car, so we note them together. Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one. Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to.
