The 1982 Subaru GLF: Wax
For exterior detailing on the 1982 Subaru GLF, it starts with a short request: what it needs and when. Outside work covers the paint, wheels, tires, glass and trim.
Size and finish
We note the car's condition with you when it comes in. A car of this size is quick to work on compared with a large SUV. As a car, it is a straightforward size for this work.
Getting a price
Tell us when the car is free and whether you can drop it off. Nothing is booked until you agree to the price and the time. Ask anything about the work in the request.
Need a car meanwhile?
Keep driving while it is detailed: we deliver a rental and collect it when yours is ready. A rental by the day covers the time your car is in. We meet you with the car at the time we confirm, at your address or ours.
Keeping it that way
Hand washing is gentler than automatic brushes on any finish. Rinse off winter salt regularly to protect paint and wheels.
Why prices differ
Simple jobs cost less; we tell you if a smaller job would do. We price the job before we start, never after. A quote lists what is included, so you can compare it fairly.
When the car is ready
Weather and curing times can change the schedule for some work. Bigger jobs are booked in a few days ahead; small ones can often be fitted in sooner.
What to bring
Ask any question you have before the work starts. Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to. Child seats can be taken out so the seats under them get cleaned.
One more step
A quote costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
Request wax
Tell us when suits you; we reply within one business day with a time and a price.
