Weekend car rental: Vector

Weekend car rental and the Vector

The Vector for a car for the weekend: the facts first, then the booking. Rental days starting Friday or Saturday use the weekend day rate.

Under the hood

The EPA does not rate this model year for fuel use; heavier trucks and vans are often not rated.

Who it is for

It suits people curious about the model who want to drive it before they buy. It suits a stretch of weeks between selling one car and buying the next.

Rent this car

Name the Vector model you want in your request, and the offer confirms what we can give you. We have no Vector on the site right now. Send a request with the model you want, and we look for one for your dates. Meanwhile, 6 similar cars are listed below. We bring the car to your address in the Toronto area, or you collect it for free.

Driver requirements

The minimum age is 18, and the licence must be an Ontario G2 or G, valid for the whole trip. There is no upper age limit, and drivers under 26 pay a fee for each day. The name on the card has to match the name on the licence.

Every rate includes third-party liability. The car itself needs one of three options: OPCF 27, a card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Deposits are listed car by car, so you can compare before you ask. Before confirming, we verify the licence and identity of each driver.

From request to keys

It begins with your request, sent online in a few minutes, with no payment. Back comes an offer you can read at your own pace, with every charge on it. Nothing is charged until you approve it and pay.

Every car has its own daily, weekend, weekly and monthly rate. Weekly pricing starts at 7 days, and a trip never costs more than that rate for a week. Short notice is fine: 2 hours is the minimum before a pickup.
